Master Science Head Office cannot assist you directly with discussing requirements or enrolling your child. This is because we are a franchise, and a centre needs to provide this service to you.

We know it is frustrating if you are only looking for the price of something on a website and cannot find it. However, if we gave you all the possible price options on our website, you would find it even more frustrating. Master Maths offers individualised tuition, and the payment option needs to be tailored to your needs.

Hello you Maths genius! What a great idea to join a company that changes lives! Please visit the Become a Tutor page by clicking here. You will be able to apply for a position directly from this page.

If you have submitted your tutor application on our website or via a third-party site (like Indeed), your application will be evaluated and processed. If you meet our requirements, your CV will be placed on our Tutor database. Our centres can then access the database to find suitable tutors. They will contact you if they are interested in scheduling an interview.

Centres will only contact applicants if they are interested. If you have had no response from a centre, your details were either not placed on the database, or no centre was interested. We will delete your application from our database (after a suitable timeframe), irrespective if you were hired or not.

Please do not contact us to enquire about the status of your application because we cannot assist you with this. If you were interviewed by a centre and they have not given you feedback, please get in touch with them directly.

Master Maths and Master science books are only available to learners enrolled at a centre. Similarly, learners cannot use our online lesson platform or lesson software without enrolling in a centre.

We are sorry that you are struggling to get through to a centre. Please keep in mind that some centres do not answer their phones while tutoring. Also please give the centre at least one business day to respond to your enquiry.

Master Maths is not a registered education institution like a school. We are an extra tuition service like any other service industry. If your child wants to or is enrolled for normal tuition, you cannot use our service contract as a means to get a study permit.

If you child wants to enrol for the IEB upgrade programme the same principle as above applies. We are a registered exam centre which is an arrangement with Umalusi and the IEB. An exam centre is not the same as a school, and enrolment in the IEB programme cannot be used to apply for a study permit.

Unfortunately, we get quite allot of SPAM and unrequested service offerings. We are sure you are sick of it too.
